Which file/path should be edited to add the configuration To add a custom NGINX config to a single website

Go to this directory and create the conf file. /home/fly/domain.com/config/nginx/custom/server/

Then restart nginx (FlyWP Site Dashboard > Manage > Restart Nginx)
